In this role, you will evaluate the holistic return of Nike’s media investments across the full funnel. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assessing FY26 media investment performance – from performance marketing to brand and product campaigns.
- Defining clear KPIs to measure both short-term results and long-term brand impact.
- Identifying key ROI drivers, establishing guardrails, and setting up performance monitoring systems.
- Benchmarking Nike’s performance against best-in-class players – including learnings from A/B testing and external case studies.
- Developing a future-focused, data-backed media strategy for FY27 and beyond.
- Providing a clean-sheet recommendation for an optimal media mix to support brand growth and business impact.

- Experience working in large, complex organizations is a plus.
