Are you a structured, hands-on project manager who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment? This is your opportunity to lead high-impact advertising and event campaigns for top-tier clients across Europe.

What are you going to do?

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage large-scale advertising campaigns for major clients;
  • Develop and oversee programs tied to key advertising initiatives;
  • Run multiple campaigns and events simultaneously;
  • Coordinate digital and social media campaigns;
  • Plan and execute in-person events involving 30+ sales stakeholders;
  • Manage internal and senior-level stakeholders effectively;
  • Support and optimize partnership campaigns;
  • Organize and improve events by: identifying the right clients, developing strategy and ensuring smooth execution and capturing learnings for continuous improvement.

What do we ask?
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in marketing project management or campaign execution;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills;
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with full ownership;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills;
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on mindset;
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • English is mandatory. Dutch, Flemish or any other Noordic language is a plus.
