Maintenance Technician

As a Technician, you work in 3 shifts with your team to keep machines working well. Our packaging location has many interesting machines. You will find challenges in both mechanics and electrical control. When machines stop working, you quickly find the problem and fix it. You also help with improvements and keep good records of your work.

Key responsibilities:

• Find and fix mechanical and electrical problems in machines;
• Help improve machines and work on new projects;
• Record all work done properly;
• Work safely and keep quality high.

Additional information:

• 3-shift work schedule;
• Start as soon as possible;
• Contract for 9 months with chance to get a permanent contract later;
• Work in a team with 4 technicians per shift (29 technician's currently in the team).

• Salary of €2900 - €3100 per month or more (it depends on years of experience);

You will be working in one of the largest dairy companies in the world with branches in 30 countries and almost 20 000 employees worldwide. The company develops and sells high-quality dairy products for bakeries, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and food manufacturers.

• MBO level 3 or 4 education in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics;
• Experience in the food industry is preferred;
• SKADA knowledge is a plus, not a must;
• Dutch language, English is nice to have;
• You are good at working with others and communicating;
• You stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
