Logistics packer

Do you want to work in logistics with varied tasks, great colleagues, and attractive bonuses? Become a packer in Bleiswijk and help ensure the careful shipment of thousands of packages every day. You’ll work an average of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Once every six weeks, you'll also work on Saturday and Sunday. Evening and weekend shifts come with appealing extra pay.

Important: Adecco does not provide housing for this position. You must arrange your own accommodation.

As a packing employee, you make sure every order is packed neatly, completely, and on time. You’ll work in a 2-shift system alongside dedicated colleagues in a modern distribution center. You’ll receive clear instructions and follow a structured process.

Your tasks:

· Collect orders using a pick list

· Check products for damage or errors

· Pack items neatly and apply correct labels

· Prepare shipments for delivery

· Keep your workspace clean and organized

· Report deviations to the team leader

· Work together with your team to keep operations running smoothly

Working hours and shift bonuses

You’ll work in two fixed shifts:

· Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:30

· Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00 → 114.3% shift bonus applies

· Evening shift: 15:30 – 00:00 → 114.3% shift bonus applies

· Saturday and Sunday (once every 6 weeks):

o Saturday: 114.3% bonus per hour

o Sunday: 200% bonus per hour

This means: the more flexible you are, the better you’ll be rewarded.

· You speak Dutch or English

· Experience in logistics (preferably in a 2-shift system)

· You work accurately, safely, and with attention to detail

· Flexibility, including availability for weekend shifts

· Able to work independently and in a team

· Living within a 25 km radius of Bleiswijk

· You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)

At Dynalogic in Bleiswijk, a modern distribution center located in the Rotterdam–Zoetermeer region. Every day, thousands of products are packed and shipped from this location to customers across South Holland. The site is easily accessible by car and public transport.

· Gross hourly wage between €14.44 and €16.46, depending on experience

· 114% bonus for evening shifts, 200% bonus on Sundays

· Temporary contract with the possibility of extension
