Nike is looking for a Lead Merchant Kids to join the Partner Merchandising team at their European Headquarters. In this role, you'll be the voice of the consumer in a fast-paced, ever-evolving marketplace. You'll connect trends and insights to real business impact, both now and for the seasons ahead.
What are you going to do?As a Lead Merchant Kids, you'll lead the Kids Sportswear business within the Partner Merchandising team and act as the consumer voice across a group of aggregated partners within the Marketplace CFOP. This role is about storytelling, product strategy, and data-driven insight. You’ll use real-time marketplace signals to identify short-term opportunities and play a key role in long-term planning.
You’ll collaborate with merchandising, sales, planning, and marketing teams to deliver the Go-To-Market strategy. Each season, you'll advise on assortment capacity and translate the Geo-led frameworks into partner-specific assortments. You’ll contribute to line planning, hindsight analysis, and identifying key consumer trends to drive success across the marketplace.

What do we ask?- Extensive experience in Merchandising, Buying or Sales, with strong retail and business acumen
- Consumer-driven mindset, product expertise, and strong analytical skills
- A clear understanding of the EMEA marketplace (brick & mortar and online)
- A proven track record of delivering results and leading strategy
- Account-facing experience and strong influencing skills are a plus
- Excellent storytelling and communication abilities
- Effective stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a future-thinking, test-and-learn mentality
