What are you going to do?As a Junior Production Team Leader, you support the team leader in managing the daily production activities. You make sure everything runs smoothly and that your colleagues know what needs to be done. Your tasks include:
- Filling moulds with latex for mattress production.
- Unloading and processing mattresses during production.
- Monitoring safety, quality, and keeping the workplace clean.
- Motivating colleagues and working together on efficient production.
You will work in a 4-shift system with an attractive shift allowance. Please note: you will be working in an environment with a strong smell (ammonia).

What do we ask?- Experience in production, preferably in a coordinating or supervisory role.
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
- Good command of Dutch or English.
- Physically fit: able to lift, stand, and walk during shifts.
- A true team player who can also work independently.
