What are you going to do?As a Junior Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure daily operations run efficiently—especially within the "sorting" department. Your strong organizational skills and sharp eye for detail help keep processes running smoothly and targets on track.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Co-leading a logistics team alongside the coordinator
- Planning and preparing daily activities
- Handling physical and administrative processing of inbound and outbound goods
- Supporting, monitoring, and motivating team members to meet daily goals
- Applying SLAs and KPIs to guide performance and sharing them in a positive, constructive way
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace
- Assisting with general warehouse operations when needed

What do we ask?- You have experience in a logistics role
- You are willing to work in a four-shift schedule: 06:45 - 15:15, 14:45 - 23:15, 22:45 - 07:15
- You speak and write Dutch or English well
- You have good communication skills
- You can work accurately and efficiently with administrative data
