What are you going to do?

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join our international sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—supporting them in the early stages of the sales process. You’ll qualify leads, identify opportunities, and hand them over to our partners to close deals. Along the way, you’ll also help existing accounts grow through upselling and cross-selling.


This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week), perfect for someone who wants to develop sales skills in the IT and cloud industry.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Speak with new and existing customers to understand their needs;
  • Qualify leads and turn them into sales opportunities;
  • Work with partners to ensure a smooth sales handover;
  • Support accounts with upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Keep track of your pipeline and sales results;
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet team and individual targets.

What do we ask?
  • Native or near-native German (C1+) and strong English (C1);
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Previous inside sales or quota-based experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge or strong interest in IT and cloud technologies is a plus;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
