What are you going to do?As an operator, you play an important role in the production process. After a full training period, you will work independently. You will make sure that the machines run smoothly, solve problems quickly, and monitor the product quality.

Your tasks will include:
- Operating and adjusting machines
- Monitoring product quality
- Solving technical issues or malfunctions
- Logging production data and results
- Working with team leaders, quality control, and technical staff
- Doing basic machine maintenance (like adding oil or greasing parts)
- Keeping your workspace clean and safe
What do we offer?- A full-time position in a 3-shift system
- Gross monthly salary between €2,437.07 and €3,100,-, depending on experience
- Shift allowance up to 21%
- Travel allowance, pension, and vacation days
