What are you going to do?As a Health & Safety Project Support specialist, you’ll be part of the Global Health & Safety team. You ensure our programs run smoothly, changes are implemented effectively, and all stakeholders stay aligned across regions.
You’ll:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of global H&S programs and projects;
- Be the go-to person for all things related to project planning, deployment, and tracking;
- Work closely with HR, OpCos, regional teams, and other departments;
- Guide governance processes for project and change management;
- Add structure, clarity, and continuity to global rollouts.

What do we ask?You're a natural organizer, skilled communicator, and a proactive team player. You’re comfortable working with international teams and you know how to keep projects on track.
You have:
- Experience in project or program support, ideally in a global setting;
- A keen interest in Health & Safety (previous experience is a plus!);
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- A structured, hands-on way of working;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
