Are you a structured go-getter with a passion for creating healthier, safer working environments? Do you thrive in an international setting and enjoy bringing clarity and coordination to complex projects? Then this is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of health & safety at HEINEKEN!

What are you going to do?

As a Health & Safety Project Support specialist, you’ll be part of the Global Health & Safety team. You ensure our programs run smoothly, changes are implemented effectively, and all stakeholders stay aligned across regions.

You’ll:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of global H&S programs and projects;
  • Be the go-to person for all things related to project planning, deployment, and tracking;
  • Work closely with HR, OpCos, regional teams, and other departments;
  • Guide governance processes for project and change management;
  • Add structure, clarity, and continuity to global rollouts.

What do we offer?

At HEINEKEN, you won’t just support meaningful change, you’ll help drive it. Expect an environment that’s ambitious, international, and genuinely people-focused.

We offer:

  • Hybrid working options for better work-life balance;
  • Room to grow—professionally and personally;
  • 8.33% vacation allowance;
  • 25 vacation days (based on fulltime);
  • Pension plan starting from day one;
  • Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km (car) or full coverage by public transport;
  • Free and unlimited access to over 150 training opportunities via the Adecco Academy.

Where will you work?

HEINEKEN is the world’s most international brewer, active in 190+ countries with brands like Amstel, Desperados, and Birra Moretti. You’ll work from our vibrant HQ at Schiphol, where no two days are the same. Join a team that values entrepreneurship, collaboration, and continuous development. We offer hybrid working, a fast-paced environment, and a people-first culture.

What do we ask?

You're a natural organizer, skilled communicator, and a proactive team player. You’re comfortable working with international teams and you know how to keep projects on track.

You have:

  • Experience in project or program support, ideally in a global setting;
  • A keen interest in Health & Safety (previous experience is a plus!);
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • A structured, hands-on way of working;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
