What are you going to do?- Drive seasonal sales targets by managing strategic accounts and creating demand for products.
- Lead the development of tailored account plans through close collaboration with customers.
- Align with internal teams to build seasonal business plans based on financial goals, category priorities, and consumer insights.
- Prepare detailed, door-level retail sales plans in advance of seasonal business meetings.
- Ensure optimal product presentation and storytelling in the marketplace at the right time for key accounts.
- Collaborate with planning and category teams on door-level assortment plans to enhance the consumer experience.
- Monitor inventory, product flow, and sell-through targets in partnership with account buyers and planners.

What do we ask?- Proven experience in large account sales or senior retail management, ideally within athletic or consumer products.
- Strong track record in developing and executing strategic business plans that drive revenue and meet financial goals.
- Deep understanding of retail operations, account profitability models, and how to build a profitable account strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey goals and influence stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional and vertical influencing skills within both internal teams and the broader marketplace.
