What are you going to do?As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you’ll:
- Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicle uptime, safety, and performance meet key quality and efficiency metrics;
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and vehicle operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize fleet readiness;
- Own shipping and logistics processes for vehicle hardware, tracking equipment from origin to deployment, and maintaining communication with internal and external partners;
- Perform hands-on tasks such as assembling, maintaining, and testing vehicle hardware and computer systems;
- Proactively monitor fleet dashboards and performance alerts, executing remediation steps and ensuring anomalies are documented and escalated;
- Serve as a key local liaison for remote engineering teams, acting as their smart hands during testing, diagnostics, and deployment initiatives;
- Improve support systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline daily fleet operations and scale best practices;
- Conduct regular deployment and systems health checks, reporting on operational KPIs and vehicle condition.
What do we offer?- A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €4,800 based on experience and a 40-hour workweek;

What do we ask?- 3+ years of experience in vehicle fleet operations, logistics, or hardware support—preferably in autonomous vehicles (AV) or mapping technology;
- 2+ years working hands-on with server or computer hardware assembly, troubleshooting, or engineering;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and SOPs;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working in cross-functional technical teams;
- Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Python preferred) is a strong plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
