What are you going to do?As a Marketing Finance Analyst, you will:
- Own the marketing budget tracking and reconciliation process for the EMEA region;
- Lead month-end processes, including accruals and variance analysis;
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing-related expenses;
- Support financial planning and forecasting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual);
- Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to advise and guide them on financial matters, ensuring compliance and process efficiency;
- Provide meaningful insights to help optimize marketing ROI and investment decisions;
- Assist in building documentation and improving workflows for marketing finance processes;
- Train and support marketing teams on finance tools and procedures.

Where will you work?You will be working for an internationally renowned organization focused on the mobility industry. It is a globally recognized company with operations in many different countries. On one hand, they provide services for transporting people from point A to point B, and on the other hand, they transport food from restaurants to customers.
What do we ask?- 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles (marketing finance experience is a plus);
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Proven experience in budget ownership, reconciliations, accruals, and expense tracking;
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—especially working with non-financial colleagues (e.g., marketers);
- Proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in or supporting marketing teams, particularly around campaign spend tracking or marketing systems (e.g., Workfront, Salesforce, SAP);
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs or ROI analysis.
