You will provide strategic and operational finance support across field production, tolling, and distribution. Act as the key contact for global finance and operations leaders, while collaborating with regional finance partners to drive process efficiency and harmonization.
What are you going to do?- Own all finance processes for EAME Vegetable P&S operations;
- Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and business reviews;
- Develop business cases for large capital expenditure proposals;
- Support internal audits and implement remediation actions;
- Provide robust financial analysis to support business decisions and planning.
What do we offer?- 7+ years of finance experience (manufacturing or production experience is required);
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications;
- Ability to manage stakeholders & excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English language;
- Strong attention to detail in accuracy and presentation of numbers;
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Highly Reliable & Independent: strong accountability and trustworthiness & thrives in an autonomous role with minimal supervision;
- Ability to work 1 or 2 days per week in the Enkhuizen office (rest of the days is remote).
Where will you work?- Salary: €5,200– €5,900 gross per month (based on 38h, temporary contract);
- Initial 6-month contract until April 2026;
- Starting date: October;
