As part of our international team in Den Bosch, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workplace stays clean, comfortable, and efficient — so our employees can focus on building the future of tech.
What are you going to do?As a Facility Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to office management. From overseeing janitorial services to organizing catering and travel programs – you’ll help keep the office running like a well-oiled machine!
Your tasks will include:
- Plan and manage daily janitorial services, breakfast catering, and overtime box meals
- Organize business travel programs for employees
- Plan, coordinate, and support catered company events
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders when needed
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
- Provide assistance and backup support to colleagues when needed

What do we ask?- 2+ years of experience in office administration preferred
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Dutch is a big plus!)
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
