As the EMEA Privacy Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing privacy-related tasks and for providing overall support to Nike’s Privacy Team in the EMEA region. You will provide support to our team’s day-to-day privacy operations and communications. In doing so, you will support front line communication with our business clients, triage inquiries from within and outside Nike and be a key asset in unlocking efficiencies that scale across the team to drive operational excellence and consistency for the team. You will be the main point of contact for the team in creating and maintaining the team’s key systems and processes to help the team run smoothly and efficiently. You will also serve as the primary contact for general team information.
What are you going to do?You’ll be responsible for the following core work to support the Privacy Team:
- Act as the primary contact for business teams using privacy tools and playbooks.
- Manage and triage EMEA privacy requests, coordinating with legal and compliance.
- Align with global coordinators to ensure consistent communication and processes.
- Organize team meetings and events; manage calendars, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Support onboarding, training, reporting, and documentation efforts.
- Maintain compliance trackers, project updates, and coordinate translations.
- Assist with privacy workstreams, training sessions, and budget tracking.

- Strong multitasker with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experienced in multinational settings and fast-paced, results-driven teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Box, Airtable, and structured databases.
- Skilled in documenting processes and capturing accurate meeting minutes.
- Knowledge of privacy, data protection, and GDPR is an advantage.
