What are you going to do?

You’ll play a vital role in translating market dynamics, promotions, and customer insights into robust forecasts that guide our Supply Chain and Sales execution.


  • Take ownership of end-to-end demand volume forecasting (base & promo);
  • Focus on the 2–6 month forecast window, providing robust rolling forecasts that translate sales/marketing plans and market intelligence into actionable numbers;
  • Act as the driver of the demand forecast in the S&OP process, ensuring accurate input for Supply Chain production plans;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Specialists, and Performance Managers to optimize forecasts and execute product launches flawlessly;
  • Monitor promotional volumes and align with Sales to ensure timely submission of promotion data;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives: analyze forecasts, test predictive models, and contribute to automation projects with stakeholders/consultants;
  • Use tools such as Excel or PowerB to analyze, visualize, and communicate insights effectively.

  • Salary: €3,400 – €5,800 gross per month (based on 40h, temporary contract);
  • Contract until March 2026;

What do we ask?
  • Academic background in business, economics, supply chain, or related fields (internship/early career experience welcome);
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work with Excel;
  • Experience or interest in forecasting, demand planning, or S&OP processes;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Affinity with FMCG markets and interest in promotions-driven environments;
  • Availability to work on fixed days in the Rotterdam office (Monday & Thursday).
