In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing Nike products to athletes* across EMEA ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. You’ll turn insights into action by forecasting demand, analyzing consumer trends, and helping drive better, faster, and smarter decisions across the business.


As a Demand Planner, your focus will be on building accurate, consumer-driven forecasts and strengthening the link between planning, merchandising, and the marketplace. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, use data to anticipate needs, and contribute to efficient and effective product distribution across Nike’s dynamic supply chain.

What are you going to do?

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating detailed demand plans by category or account, ensuring high forecast accuracy that drives profitability for Nike and our partners.
  • Using a mix of historical data, market insights, promotional calendars, and customer feedback to build short- and mid-term demand plans.
  • Supporting cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Merchandising, Sales, Marketplace, and Operations to sync supply and demand strategies.
  • Leveraging advanced analytics and statistical tools to validate forecast accuracy and identify emerging trends or risks.
  • Contributing to seasonal planning cycles, documenting key assumptions, and sharing updates on forecast performance and market shifts.

What do we ask?
  • 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel, statistical tools, or planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, or similar)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to planning and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align and influence across teams
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
