As a Customer Service Representative you will maintain contact with customers to ensure their’ inquiries, orders and services are timely answered, managed, and delivered to the best of their satisfaction. You will contribute to grow sales. 

What are you going to do?
  • Order Management & Coordination Monitor and resolve unconfirmed order lines in collaboration with Supply Operations and Key Account Managers. Proactively manage product shortages to ensure optimal outcomes for the customer.
  • Customer & Sales Support Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers and sales representatives, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Service Excellence Take all necessary actions to achieve high levels of QUOTIF (Quality On Time In Full) performance.
  • SAP Administration Process various transactions in SAP, including credit notes, pre-payments, and updates to customer master data. Enter and confirm customer orders, manage manual billing, and issue credit notes when required.
  • Reporting & Cross-Functional Communication Prepare reports and maintain effective communication with other departments to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Satisfaction Monitoring Track and evaluate customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring service standards are met.
  • Continuous Improvement Lead or support initiatives aimed at process optimization and efficiency, aligned with annual goals and performance objectives.
What do we offer?
  • A salary of €21.5 per hour
  • 38 hours per week, full-time
  •  Initial 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension

What do we ask?
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Order fulfillment, or Sales Support
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic green knowledge
  • Customer-focused mindset with proactive communication
  • Ability to quickly learn order processing, product details, and customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm and professional under pressure
