What are you going to do?As a Customer Service Officer, you will work in a diverse team of 6 people. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish. You make sure that everything runs smoothly, from receiving the order to delivering the product. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, and Planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle and enter customer orders in our system (SAP) correctly and on time;
- Communicate with customers via email and phone about deliveries, changes, or delays;
- Solve problems and answer customer questions about orders and products;
- Work together with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Follow procedures and keep records up to date;
- Look for ways to improve processes and customer service.

Additional information:
- A contract for 36 hours per week with start date 3rd November (or earlier if possible);
- A hybrid work model: 2 days in the office per week and the rest can be worked from home;
- Dayshift work starting between 8:00 - 9:00 depending on your preference and team's availability;
- Work schedule: 5 days on week A and 4 days on week B. Every two weeks you will have a day off.

What do we ask?- MBO/HBO level education or equivalent in a relevant field;
- Experience in customer service or order management, ideally in international environment;
- Good English skills (spoken and written);
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus;
- A positive attitude and a strong team spirit;
- Attention to detail and good time management;
- Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly.
