We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join Nike’s European headquarters in Hilversum. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with an immediate start.

What are you going to do?
  • Deliver a premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication with a proactive mindset
  • Handle incoming emails and calls from customers, account teams, and internal partners
  • Ensure orders are accurately processed and managed to meet customer delivery expectations
  • Proactively resolve issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation when necessary

  • Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

What do we ask?
  • Experienced in delivering excellent customer service
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of the Nike brand, culture, and products
  • Background in the retail sector with proven sales and service experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
