What are you going to do?

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, international organization operating in the modern logistics and mobility industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a large group of field employees (couriers). You will guide them through their onboarding, help them develop in their role, and make sure they’re always well-informed and supported in their day-to-day work.

This is a temporary full-time position for a period of 3 to 6 months, ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic work and meaningful interactions with people.


Your tasks will include:

  • Providing onboarding sessions and practical training to new couriers;
  • Monitoring individual performance and helping team members improve through coaching;
  • Acting as the go-to person for couriers – answering questions and sharing operational updates (bonuses, events, weather disruptions, etc.);
  • Managing live operational issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes;
  • Actively gathering feedback and suggesting improvements to the internal process;
  • Traveling to local hubs in cities such as Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, and Groningen (travel time and costs fully covered);


Please note: working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 20:00. Once every two months, you’ll be expected to work a weekend shift.

What do we offer?
  • Salary between €2,600 and €2,850 gross per month, based on a 40-hour contract;

You will be part of the Courier Operations team, directly contributing to the success and satisfaction of delivery personnel across the Netherlands.

What do we ask?
  • Some experience in customer service, logistics, operations, or coordination roles;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is nice to have;
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and ability to work independently;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
