What are you going to do?At Nike EMEA Headquarters in Hilversum, we are looking for a Consumer Inventory Lead for until 31st of May 2026 to start with. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining healthy inventory levels that enable revenue and margin targets for EMEA. You will work closely with consumer and marketplace teams, leveraging the latest innovations in inventory and marketplace data, insights, and capabilities. You’ll identify risks, seize opportunities, and deliver business cases to ensure that inventory strategies align with Nike’s long-term priorities.
You will be part of the Consumer Inventory Management Team within Supply & Inventory Planning, reporting to the Inventory Director for EMEA. You will collaborate with marketplace and consumer-focused teams, as well as colleagues in the broader EMEA Planning community.

What do we ask?- Master’s degree in Operations Management, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related field. Alternatively, 4+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or retail inventory management.
- A self-starter with a solution-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of analytical and statistical forecasting techniques.
- Team-oriented approach with ability to support peers and cross-functional projects.
- Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills; able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and present complex insights to senior audiences.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analytics capabilities; ability to connect insights across multiple sources.
- Affinity with new technologies and eagerness to learn.
