What are you going to do?

As a Consumer Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Track, monitor, and develop reports on project performance across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with expectations, deadlines, and Nike’s business objectives.
  • Provide business partners, upper management, and senior project leadership with clear visibility on project health and progress, including issues or risks that require escalation and decisions.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Receive direct supervision and coaching on project-related activities while collaborating cross-functionally across various teams.
  • Contribute to improving processes and service delivery, identifying areas of optimization and automation.
  • Act as a key support function in Nike’s Consumer Services team, ensuring that consumer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and to ensure timely and accurate updates on project status.

What do we ask?
  • Experience in project coordination or project support roles, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Workday) is a plus.
  • Ability to track, monitor, and report project performance and escalate issues where necessary.
  • A consumer-centric mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
