This is a unique opportunity to join Tesla on a major construction project at the Port of Zeeland. As Construction Site Manager, you will play a key role in building the infrastructure that powers Tesla’s sustainable energy mission.
The role is based on-site in Zeeland, but candidates can live elsewhere in the Netherlands – Tesla provides accommodation and covers all travel expenses.
What are you going to do?Responsibilities:
- Ensure the coordination of and communication between all contractors and relevant
- parties.
- Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and report to project manager.
- Manage sub-contractors and direct workforce.
- Ensure high standard of quality on the works to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Assist engineering team with working method and outputs for production of method statements and programme
- Ensure all records for example inspections, works permits and briefings are up to date and in place.
- Oversight and enforcement of HSE policies, conducting safety audits, risk assessments and implement recommended courses of action as identified from progress monitoring and management inspections.
- Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including any changes / variations, subcontractor’s attendance, and records of work-related discussions with client /designer / project team.
What do we offer?- Salary starting from €4,408 gross per month (depending on experience).
- Hours: full-time, 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 6 months (with the possibility of further extention)
- Location: Port of Zeeland area
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
- Successful candidate can be based in Amsterdam, the accomodation in Zeeland and travel expenses would be covered

What do we ask?Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the Dutch utility/construction sector, including TSO-connected sites.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with Dutch HSE laws and regulations.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- VCA certification & First Aid.
- Degree or higher qualification in engineering/project management.
- HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) a strong advantage.
- Experience in TenneT substations highly desirable.
