What are you going to do?As the Brand Marketing Specialist (Inspire & Sport) for Converse Western Europe, you will play a key role in developing and executing brand initiatives for the Inspire & Sport segment. You'll help define brand plans grounded in culture, youth insights, and sport to connect with our core audience. From campaign strategy to end-to-end execution, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring compelling brand moments to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support seasonal planning by helping to shape multi-season Brand Concepts, Seasonal Narratives, and defining brand moments for the Inspire segment.
- Own Inspire & Sport brand plans, working closely with key City teams and Brand functions to activate campaigns across markets.
- Build and manage strong internal and external relationships to foster collaboration and drive a shared vision.
- Leverage consumer and cultural insights to uncover brand opportunities within the Western Europe market.
- Oversee budget management for your marketing plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and spend.
- Track performance and share campaign results and key learnings to continuously improve execution.

What do we ask?- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Culture, or Project roles, in-house or agency side
- Strong understanding of youth culture, fashion, and cultural trends
- Familiarity with the Converse brand and retail ecosystem
- Experience working with marketplace partners and culturally relevant storytelling
- Excellent project management and presentation skills (Keynote proficiency a plus)
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment
