What are you going to do?

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Capability PMO to join a dynamic global capability team within a fast-paced B2B organization. This role will lead strategic learning initiatives, support the transition of digital platforms, and help deliver high-impact capability-building events.


You will:

  • Co-lead the migration of learning content from one platform to another, ensuring accuracy, structure, and a strong learner experience;
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage and optimize learning content and plan pages;
  • Enhance the digital learner journey through content design and experience improvements;
  • Coordinate key learning events and workshops across multiple regions (Europe, LATAM, META), managing logistics, participant communication, and post-event content;
  • Support a global digital skills assessment, working with data tools to collect, analyze, and visualize capability insights;
  • Track project progress, report on migration status, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders;
  • Build strong relationships with global and local teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with capability goals.
What do we offer?
  • Salary between €3,500 and €4,700 gross per month, based on a 40-hour temporary contract;

Where will you work?

You’ll be part of a global team focused on capability building, partnering with market teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders across commercial and support functions.

What do we ask?
  • 2+ years of experience in learning & development, project management, or marketing roles;
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments;
  • Familiarity with learning content platforms (e.g., Workday Learning or similar);
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to present data in visually engaging formats;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations) and content creation tools (Word, SharePoint, etc.);
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams;
  • High accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do mindset.
