For a leading international company in Boxmeer, we are looking for an Assembly Operator to help prepare machines and assemble wooden constructions for transport to customers. You will work on wooden structures up to 5–6 meters high, ensuring everything is precise, safe, and ready on schedule. A truly exciting role!
What are you going to do?Together with your team, you will assemble wooden constructions and prepare machines for transport. You will operate overhead guides and use forklifts to move heavy parts. Your work requires spatial awareness, precision, and a hands-on approach. Teamwork is key: together you ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Main responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden constructions up to 5–6 meters high
- Prepare machines for transport, ensuring no damage occurs
- Operate forklifts and overhead guides safely
- Work accurately according to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with your team and contribute to process improvements
What do we offer?- Gross hourly wage of €17.62
- Fulltime day shift (07:30 – 16:00)
- Temporary position starting immediately until April 2026
- Weekly payment on Wednesdays

What do we ask?- Some experience as a production worker in technical, construction, or woodworking environments
- Technical and/or spatial insight
- VCA and forklift certificate
- Physically strong and able to lift heavy loads
- Good communication skills in English (B2) – Dutch is a plus (B1) – listens carefully and asks questions when needed
