As a Warehouse Team leader it’s all about:

Working together with the operations department and the client
to ensure the order requirements are met to the highest standard;
Managing the workload of the warehouse personnel to ensure
that orders are dispatched on time and according to the client´s requirements;
Training new warehouse operators to ensure a quick adaptation and reduction of the learning curve;
Overseeing a healthy and safe working environment and reporting any issues to the relevant department;
Keeping track of and maintaining inventories.

Logista transports convenience products, tobacco products, pharmaceutical products, books and lottery tickets to some 200,000 outlets, among others. They already do this in Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, and now also in the Netherlands!

You will work from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 or 10:00 to 18:00 in the warehouse of Logista’s client, Philip Morris in Bergen op Zoom, where they take care of all logistics in-house. In Novembre Logista will switch to a 2-shift schedule.

A gross hourly wage of €16,64;

Perspective on a contract with Logista after 6 months;

Travel allowance of €0,23
