Warehouse Employee

We are immediately looking for warehouse employees.


We have various options if your English is good and you have knowledge of Excel/MS Office in combination with a quality background and/or technical knowledge (eg updating and checking with navigations & SD cards.


The Warehouse Employee is working as part of a multitasking team to deliver a combination of operational requirement: assembly, rework, picking, packing, loading and unloading, quality inspections and supporting activities. The Warehouse Employee performs multiple tasks within Operations and can work in several departments and will report to multiple Leads.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Reading, understanding and following work instructions, procedures, guidelines and quality related specifications. Assembly of components to specifics in Production and other departments. Ensure acceptable level of quality as defined by the quality department. Material movement by use of driving equipment and according to internal traffic and safety rules. Responsible of the tidiness and safety of the work area. Perform a “first article” or order check. Picking and packing of orders. Load and unloading trucks or containers. Sorting, stacking, checking and booking of incoming goods. Internal checks of driving equipment. Tear down and sorting in scrap activities. Performing Cycle-counts. Department related activities such as checking, testing, booking and pack out.


For those Warehouse Employee who perform also technical tasks, the following additional tasks are defined:

Assembly hardware by using (electrical) tools according to company specifics. Assembly print circuit boards according to the guidelines.

Wat vragen wij?

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse and/or production environment. Knowledge of SAP software system. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package like Word, Excel, Outlook.


Education:

Diploma’s (VMBO, HAVO or VWO level) or equivalent and depending on main responsibility.


Skills:

Attention to detail conscientious approach. Ability to take instruction. Capable to work in a team and independently. Able to work accurately. Able to follow up instructions and to meet productivity expectations. Able to speak English, preferably Dutch.

Working Conditions:

General warehouse and manufacturing environment, including moving materials handling equipment (OPT, Forklift and Reach Truck). Accepted level of noise and minimum of dust exposure. Working in different shifts and depending on workload. Exposure to fast paced work environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines. Prolonged standing and repetitive motion.


Fulltime job for 8 hours a day between 07.00 am till19.00 pm for 5 days a week (Monday till Friday). Start-time at 7 am, 8 am or 9 am. Parttime for 3 or 4 days a week possible. Gross hourly wage of € 10,00 (after 13 weeks € 10,30).
