As a Technical Writer you will develop, write, and illustrate user manuals for products according to NEN 5509. New products are added to our product range on a regular basis. All content is created in-house. Manuals are part of this. As a Technical Writer, you will collect all necessary information from different departments and document this information correctly and in accordance with the planning. Manuals are published in Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

What are you going to do?

· Write and edit user manuals in English.

· Update manuals with the latest product information.

· Create detailed illustrations using CorelDRAW.

· Collaborate with various departments to gather and accurately document technical information.

This company offers flexible work hours of 7:30 - 17.30. Initially from 9-5, then their will be also an option to work from home.

Wat vragen wij?

Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent with a relevant educational and intellectual background.

Proficiency in technical English at C1 level.

Understanding of the Dutch language.

Strong technical knowledge and affinity for technical products.

Ability to structure information clearly and present it effectively in text and visuals.

At least three years of experience as a technical writer.

Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Word and CorelDRAW.

Additional language skills in German, Italian, French, and/or Spanish are a plus.

Familiarity with our industry and relevant standards and guidelines would be nice!
