Job Summary

·        Receiving complaints and inquiries from customers, partners, and distributors for all supported products.

·        Documenting all customer communications, triage complaints as required, and lead investigations for issue resolution.

·        Contributing to the maintenance of the Install Base, Knowledge Management database, and all administrative duties associated with Technical Support.  


Key Responsibilities and Duties

·        Ensure that existing records are closed in a timely manner

·        Dispatch field service for maintenance activities

·        Help answering common customer questions

·        Send out quality files and license codes

Onze opdrachtgever is ontwikkelaar, producent en verkoper van testen en apparatuur voor de gezondheidszorg en de medische wereld. De apparatuur wordt gebruikt in allerhande laboratoria van ziekenhuizen, universiteiten en grote medische bedrijven.


Wat vragen wij?

Bachelor level


Experience

Experience with Salesforce.com CRM an asset

Knowledge of laboratory processes and procedures

Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with exhibited ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities

Customer-facing work experience preferred

Knowledge of the Dutch and English language


This is a temporary position for a minimum of 1 year (32-40 hours a week )to support the department technical support. Nice interesting job for example HBO student with a gap year.


Salary range between € 2,500 - € 3,000 depending on background and work experience.
