This is a fulltime role is for 1 year to start with. We are looking for someone who can start preferably as soon as possible.

What will you work on?

As our Team Assistant at Converse (Nike, Inc) you’ll perform a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Calendar management Senior Directors
  • Booking Travel : hotel, flight, trains, cars etc
  • Create and process expense reports accurate and on time
  • Maintaining and updating distribution lists
  • Support with organizing offsites and events
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant in supporting the WE Leadership team

Office Management tasks:

  • Proactively manage the office space by seeing the work
  • First point of contact for employees as well as WD+C and experience specialist team for office related matters
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed

Wat vragen wij?

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience required (administrative assistant, Team Assistant, Office Manager)
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence with sometimes varying working hours
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and in a professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and organizing calendar events that involve senior leaders with very tight schedules and handling the appropriate level of urgency
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated ability to learn new tools including Slack, Work Vivo and more.
  • Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detail
  • Able to work flexible working hours if needed and the ability to travel for offsites and meetings
