What does the role involve?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for 40 hours per week who is available to join the team at the European Headquarters of our client. You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition EMEA team which operates as a proactive internal agency. Your focus will be to attract and recruit diverse talent across multiple teams and functions based in EHQ.

You thrive on networking and engaging with potential candidates, as well as having the skills to manage a variety of internal stakeholders, being the business partner and being result-orientated. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience whilst keeping the company’s interests in mind.

We are looking for someone who wants to play an essential role in hiring by attracting top talent through sourcing, application and referrals. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage international, new and creative sourcing strategies and recruitment plans, as in identifying and defining the best sourcing and hunting strategies for our target groups and putting them into practice.
  • Own the end to end recruitment process: manage applications through the ATS, manage the full selection process from taking briefs to offer stage, and provide recruitment reports.
  • Contribute to strategic staffing initiatives such as reducing time to interview, time to hire, cost to hire and other initiatives to maintain the continuous flow of high-quality talent.
  • Support in the implementation of a yearly recruitment plan and strategy and based upon that develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment policies and procedures in coordination with the global team.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Good (agency or inhouse) recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, passive candidate recruitment, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers and offer negotiation
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders and work independently
  • ATS and resume database experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment is strongly preferred;
  • Able to make data-driven decisions as well as creatively seek viable solutions to complex situations.
  • Exceptional skills in building relationships- with business leaders, HR Business Partners, workforce, and overall community. You are truly a team player.
  • Excellent written/verbal English communication skills- ability to tell a visually compelling story via presentation tools.
