What does the role involve?

We are looking for a TA Operations Manager for 40 hours per week who is immediately available to join the team at the European Headquarters of our client. This is a maternity leave cover till the 31st of January 2022.



  • Represent EMEA TA through creating and managing a variety of reports for TA, HRBPs and business leaders.
    • Create several reports
    • Work with global on Tableau dashboard maintenance and upgrades 
    • Work with the UR team to upgrade their reporting
  • Manage overall TA team operations, such as team meetings, communication channels, shared (box) materials, shared emails, on-/off-boarding of team members, etc.
    • Set up and manage meetings (team meetings, huddles, meetings with other HR teams), ensure agenda is known and notes are taken and shared
    • Set up and manage necessary team reminders
    • Initiate box clean ups
    • Maintain documents related to processes on box. Potentially connect with various HR parties to verify information before posting it on box.
    • Maintain shared inboxes (mainly TA inbox and calendar) – work through the incoming emails, keep emails and calendar clean
    • Support managers with onboarding for any new team members – help them find and use the onboarding plan, help arrange accesses, deliver certain sessions
  • Manage interview coordination services through defining key initiatives, championing (re-)introduction of new and existing tools and processes, seeking and acting upon feedback from the team.
    • Host weekly Coordination team meetings, discuss various topics, set directions for the team, answer their questions and so on
    • Discuss initiatives that need attention from the team, set direction, help team define approach and timelines, support them in working through those “projects”
    • Voice workload situation with the broader team, manage expectations
    • Generally the team is managing their own queue in ServiceNow, however when it is very busy, the manager would step in and manage it – by adjusting requests to help coordinators see what’s in those, by discussing priorities with recruiters and sharing this message back with coordinators, by identifying opportunities for re-prioritization
