For a growing international startup, we are looking for a full-time Support Specialist to strengthen an enthusiastic team in The Hague. They develop and sell a private email service that focuses on privacy and security with a worldwide, rapidly growing customer base. 

 

Job description  

As Support Specialist you are a motivator and all-round specialist. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for supporting thousands of customers. You monitor the Support process carefully and are not afraid to escalate matters to development where necessary. You will mainly be dealing with various challenging Support questions that are escalated to you in English from Tier-1 support. It is also your job to guide and educate these Support team members, so that they can independently handle as much feedback as possible. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic "can-do" mentality who is fluent in spoken and written English.

The work will consist of:

  • The independent handling of escalated support questions;
  • Performing systematic tests and writing bug reports;
  • Supervision of the international Tier-1 Support team;
  • Writing and editing support articles;
  • Administration of our feedback database;
  • Support for various operational tasks.
