We are looking for a Support Coördinator

German/English for our client (Data-security/i=online privacy/SaaS)


The Support team member will primarily be responsible for:

• Answering Support tickets in German and English

• Processing feedback in the system

• Writing and editing Support Center articles in German and English

The job will primarily be based in The Hague but can be done remotely

Our client is located in The Hague but their largest markets are currently located in the United States and Germany. The company is growing!


Wat vragen wij?

We are looking for a fulltime candidate with the following profiel:

experience in a simular role

German and English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a requirement

It is an added bonus if the team member also has experience working with privacy tools and technology, creating content and copywriting.


The Support team is known for being fast, friendly, and informative!
