We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week, with a 7 months contract to start with.

What does the role involve?

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you always start with the consumer in mind. You proactively engage & collaborate with experts & leaders on a X-functional scale to achieve aligned outcomes. Together, you will maximize service, growth and profitability to meet the financial and operational targets across the NPM, while delivering on Nike’s longer term strategy. You invest in and grow the relationships with your relevant stakeholders and together elevate process & seek for improvements to drive efficiencies. You lead initiatives to improve tools,processes, and ways of workingof your team and across NMP, with the vision of operating a best-in-class retail supply chain.

What will you be doing?

  • Own, track, and improve Supply Chain performance indicators to maximize service, cost, convenience and sustainability for specific account base. You obsessconsumer/customer satisfaction, and improve key drivers behind it.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with your key stakeholders, understand their strategies and priorities, and keep them up-to-date of risks and opportunities.
  • Drive and/or contribute to performance management and analytics projects related to EMEA Supply Chain.
  • Use analytical methods to solve complex problems and drive business decisions and ensure continuous improvements within the business
  • Drive continuous process improvement, uncover opportunities on operational level and initiate analytical projects.
  • Together with your team you will identify analytical needs / opportunities, understand drivers, and connect with analytical squads to produce the best set-up on how to implement solutions.
  • Comfortably own & operate at a deep level with understanding of inputs, outputs and implications of upstream and downstream decisions
  • Knowledge & experience in the Run part (SAP) of the business. Ability to execute efficient order management to plan and deliver seasonal order books for your customers. Take ownership of order execution, working in close alignment with the account facing teams, distribution and carrier teams
  • Optimize on-time and in-full delivery, inventory (holds), coverage, cancellations, contract call-offs and other services. You will also support in setting shipping goals and monitor progress against the targets of your customer.

  • Established experience working directly with external customers. Ability to establish excellent working relationships with key partners.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate complexbusiness problems into tangible data-driven solutions. Utilizing KPI management experience & root cause analysis
  • Project management: proven experience in leading medium to large sized cross functional projects & applyingproject management methodoly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication and influencing variouslevels within a matrix structure. Ability to translate complex Supply Chain issues in concise insights sharing with senior leaders and external partners bringing recommendations & facilitating decision making.
  • Advances proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Wide & deep understanding of Supply Chain Management and commercial businesslevers
