Sales Support Officer Heineken Experience


The Heineken Experience Sales & Marketing Team is young and energetic, and focuses primarily on the promotion of the tour and our event venues to a widely diverse audience both local and international.

We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales & Marketing Manager in managing our partners and our ticket sales. Your responsibilities include providing customer service, managing reseller accounts and improving our ticket sales strategy. You are also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

Key responsibilities:

- Drafting and sending communications to our partners and customers
- Creating and managing reservations (internal and external)
- Invoicing customers
- Setting up, managing and keeping track of Sales target (increase online ticket sales)
- Improving Sales process, ways of working and customer experience
- Managing customer & partner accounts and contracts
- Maintaining long-term and profitable relationships with our customers & partners
- Looking for new resale partners and implementing them on our ticketing platform
- Overseeing Sales process (resellers, API connection, timeslots management, invoicing)
- Coordinating ticketing sales process on our ticket platform
- Dealing with customer complaints, questions and/or inquiries
- Creating and providing Sales report and data
- Customer satisfaction: following up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
- Managing the Sales inbox

Managing customer accounts,following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for ticketing, invoicing, and other problems.

What do we ask?

- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or account management
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English (native English speaker is a plus)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working
- Customer service skills
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Plus: experience in managing invoices and Events bookings
