For Super Micro, we are looking for enthusiastic employees to strengthen the sales support team.


What will you do?


  • You act as a point of contact for customers with orders and provide back-office support for Sales account managers. The tasks are varied.
  • You will answer questions such as order statuses, shipping schedules, account requests, co-option requests, product availability and pricing;
  • You assist the sales team with data entry and provide back-up to other team members where necessary;
  • You work functionally with production, accounting to maintain schedules for assembly orders and expedite and process repair orders;
  • You process orders from start to finish and ensure that orders are processed quickly. You ensure that orders are fulfilled and shipped.

What do we ask?


  • You have a completed MBO education, preferably in the direction of Accountant-Administration;
  • You have an eye for detail and think in solutions;
  • You are good at communicating, organising, presenting and negotiating;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages (speaking and writing);
  • You have experience in a similar position.

What do we offer?


We offer a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:30. In addition to a weekly payment, we offer:


  • A good salary between €2500 and €3000 gross per month (depending on experience);
  • A job for a minimum of 6 months with the prospect of permanent employment;
