What does the role involve?

Working with a cross functional team including planners, buyers, merchandisers, allocators, and other functions you will thrive for success.
As a Retail Planner, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational efficiency for Partner stores across EMEA, where your main focus will be Poland. Your responsibilities will be:
Influencing cross functional team members and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure that the company has the right product in the right quantity to meet consumer demand.
Collaborating and aligning with external Partner accounts on pre-season plans and in-season trade.
Supporting the development of multi-category planning strategy across multiple product types: Apparel, Footwear, and Equipment.
Conducting regular store visits to verify strategies are executed as planned and to gain insights to be used for creation of future strategies.
Providing customer service to external accounts.
Analyzing performance and results of planning strategies and making tactical adjustments to leverage opportunities for increased profitability.


Wat vragen wij?

You have a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in Business, Merchandising, Inventory Management, or a related field
2 years’ experience in retail Merchandising/Planning is preferred
You are looking for a challenge where you take ownership for your own accounts
You are fluent in English both written and verbal
Ability to solve complex problems; take a new perspective using existing solutions
Strong communication and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
System savvy, knowledge of Tableau and/or Power BI is preferred
Knowledge of process-flow through supply chain
Ability to network, utilize internal and external resources, deliver commitments and meet timelines
