Would you like to repair robots? Are you fulltime available? Are you educated as a mechanic or in electronics? Then we are looking for you!


What will you do?

  • Diagnose and analyze issues on all robotic equipment that we receive in our Repair Center: from robot arms to controllers, from mechanical to electronic issues
  • Planning and executing robot repairs in our repair center, including all spare parts, equipment and tools needed to perform your tasks
  • Planning, organizing, and executing seminars/trainings regarding robot repairs, either for our internal OMRON colleagues or customers
  • Preparing new robot repair documentation; updating exiting procedures.
  • Repair support in the weekends may be required (occasionally)
  • Preparing information for quotations about robot repairs and reports
  • Entering the repairs in the CRM system or any other software and systems that ORSE uses
  • Consulting customers concerning their repair needs and/or customer satisfaction when needed
  • Reporting quality defects and problems to the appropriate channels for quality control and engineering
  • Activate product registration in the CRM system and corresponding databases for maintaining records of repaired equipment for our customers
  • Supporting the OMRON Robot Services EMEA Team

It is a fulltime job in daytime and you will get a contract of our client from day one.

Wat vragen wij?

What are we looking for?

  • Completed apprenticeship (MBO4) in Mechanical, Electronics and Electrical
  • Further education as Technician or Bachelor of Engineering (pre)
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of robot hardware, mechanical and electronics as a preferable aspect (alternatively, a high level multi skilled engineer in Mechanical and Electronics)
  • Experience and knowledge in Electronics fault finding down to component level (pre)
  • Experience in assembling, disassembling, and testing robotics (pre)
  • Experience in software programming is an essential requirement, preferably in robotic systems (alternatively experience in a high-level programming language; C++ is essential)
  • Communication skills in order to work with colleagues based in Europe or globally
  • Local language advanced skills (spoken and written) and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills and easiness of working with colleagues all over Europe
  • Driving license class B

The salary for this job is between € 2500 and € 3500 gross a month.
