You are responsible for the monitoring and control of action plans as result of CAPA’s, Projects, (among others) within the Quality Management System. Furthermore you support the Quality Team at BMC BV in the implementation and maintenance of effective policies, procedures, operation practices and processes in order to ensure sustainable quality of all operations and products. You lead the monitoring that all quality related issues have been addressed on a risk based approach, and measure the effectiveness of actions plan (as applicable) for Radiology Post-Production activities (EMEA, APAC, & LATAM) according to company policies and international regulations.
Responsibilities and goals you’ll own:
• Manage timelines with action owners for several actions plans (Deviations/CAPA/VoEs/Ext.Doc) and quality project plans to monitor and control the timely execution.
• Responsible to execute and follow up of the non-conformance material reports and product disposition. (example: complaints, retains samples, others related)
• Perform ad hoc visits to Regional Distribution Center to support any product related issues, inspections or GxP training when needed, when needed.
• Focus on data accuracy and integrity to support quality related activities (example: inspections records)
• Responsible to coordinate shipments with the support of the Supply Chain team of material related to complaints towards the Legal Manufacturer.
You will work closely together with your manager, the Head of Quality and your colleagues, since it is a small team.
In your job as Quality Assurance Technician, you are in contact with all departments at our client in Maastricht. Apart from that you are also in contact with our legal Manufacturers (Example: Bayer HealthCare LLC & Imaxeon) and our Distribution centers located in Netherlands and Singapore.
It is a temporary job with chance of extending.

Wat vragen wij?
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint required
• Proficiency in documentation management required.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Quality, Projects Administration or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize accordingly.
• Enjoys working in a multicultural environment
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective written, listening, and verbal communication skills (English required).
