You will come to work as a production employee in the manual fulfilment section of the production line. This will be in Breda in two shifts for € 14,19 (including 17% shift allowance). What are you going to do?
As a manual fulfilment employee you will come to work in the manual fulfilment department. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly in order to maximize efficiency, profits and reach daily targets. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. The manual fulfilment position also occasionally works to assist the operators. If you show potential and interest in the operator function you can eventually grow to this position.
The manual fulfilment position is relatively simple. There are a few tasks that you will do on daily basis within a quality focused environment where time pressure isn’t an issue. The function can sometimes be repetitive, so focus and paying attention to detail is important in the role since you will have to check a lot of names and numbers. Further function tasks are:
- Setting up the manual fulfilment station (printing, cleaning, preparing materials, etc.) to start the production cycle;
- performing all manual fulfilment operations up until the working procedure;
- inspecting raw materials with precision;
- fixing any issues that might occur during the shift;
- checking output on quality;
- keeping records of approved and defective units or final products;
- maintaining activity logs and production audit logs.
You will receive an on-the-job training to discover how to do the job according to safety and security regulations. You will work in two shifts, which rotates weekly: morning shift (06:15-14:45), and late shift (13:45-22:15).

Our client is part of a solid international company and is located in Breda. They produce credit- and debit cards, and contactless payment cards. Furthermore they also focus on payment and ID verification and provide consultancy to financial institutions.
You will be part of a small, informal, young and dynamic team, where team work is vital, and where they ensure the development of the business. You are going to work in a flexible environment within a team of around 30 colleagues with different nationalities where there is close and valuable collaboration with all involved.

For the role of production employee it is most important that you can keep your focus and concentrate, and that you are precise and accurate. However, some other criteria we are looking for in the production employee are:
- Ability to rigorously follow work standards and protocals;
- have experience working in a multicultural and international environment;
- able to work in two shifts with constant rotation;
- teamwork and communication skills;
- physically fit;
- basic computer skills;
- eager to learn, to understand the environment, and to develop yourself.
