In this position you are responsible to lead innovation projects (for example around chemical solutions) related to professional kitchens. This means you have a huge variety of tasks and all days are different. In order to success you need to coordinate work streams of colleagues from different departments. You launch and roll out projects in development, therefor you can prioritize well. You work with colleagues from all departments in the Utrecht office as well as international colleagues. You are responsible from idea generation to entry in innovation funnel through to and into execution, owner of value proposition and business model, that delivers incremental profitable growth for the platform.

This is a fulltime position for 6 months.


Global portfolio management of innovations (IDP & range maintenance), strategic initiatives and solutions (consisting of products, services, IoC & consulting) in line with business strategy and market needs, support of regional portfolio plan, regional POM, PSR & PRM process, global biorythm, eP deals, out of stocks, quality issues, SC/R&D & regulatory project support, support material, country requests/support, training of country teams (boot camps), management of MA budget allocation to the portfolio / project, yearly review of COGS variances and identification of corrective actions, management of equipment dedicated to the portfolio;
Jointly (with Global F&K Marketing Director and Regional Marketing Managers) manage regional health of Mechanical Ware Washing product group (sales growth, profit contribution, market shar

Wat vragen wij?

Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years’ experience in managing global portfolio’s. You are fluent in English. You have experience in marketing communications and other front line marketing activities with direct customer/market exposure. And experience in managing technical marketing portfolios / initiatives / projects for delivery into Food & Kitchens at local or regional level.
