What will you do?

Depending on specific tasks, the production operator is responsible for mixing the raw materials (dry and wet) into the finished product. This must take into account quality and safety. The operator can be involved in both the preparation of the production process and the mixing of the raw materials.

• Follows the production schedule as received from the production manager;
• Takes into account general safety and product specifications (gloves, goggles, mouth mask, etc.);
• Takes into account all quality parameters;
• Specific batch preparation:

1. Do the mixing according to the product specifications;
2. Take note of the semi-finished mixes and batches;
3. Taking allergens into account;
4. Packaging of semi-finished batches to prevent color mixing, lumps, etc.;
5. Responsible for cleaning.

• Specific mixing:

1. Set the correct parameters as noted on the production document;
2. Pack and put on the pallet as stated on the production document;
3. Execute the production schedule;
4. Do the necessary checks, take samples as stated on the production document;
5. Cleaning of the machines according to the standards;
6. Respect HACCP standards, hygiene, food safety, allergens, traceability.

What are we looking for?

• You are in possession of a forklift certificate/reach truck certificate;
• You have basic HACCP knowledge;
• You speak fluently English;
• You work accurately;
• You have a sense of order and tidiness.

What do we offer?

• A salary from €12,25 gross per hour;
• Working hours from 06:00 - 08:00 to 15:00 - 17:00;
• Your salary deposited every Wednesday;
• 25 vacation days with full-time employment;
• Travel allowance and 8,33% holiday payment.
