What does the role involve?

You will be processing & delivering the order book. Utilizing reporting to ensure detailed, accurate, and timely delivery of all products to meet the operational targets. You will communicate, develop and be a great partner with key internal and external partners.


What will you be doing?

Your tasks in this position will focus on the following responsibilities;

  • Proactively process the orderbook in alignment with accounts, distribution planning and carriers.
  • Solve day-to-day orderbook inquiries & raising issues as required: order status and tracking information, working with internal partners to resolve moderately complex supply chain issues, such as product availability, pricing, delivery status, routing, rejections, holds.
  • Maintain upstream & downstream data integrity of the orderbook.
  • Monitor, use and improve important metrics to maximize service and support business decisions with partners
