We are looking for someone preferably as soon as possible. It is a fulltime role for 6 months with a possibility of extension.

 

As our Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Operations (MPO)) Lead for Multi-node (Pre-Season) you always start with the consumer in mind. You improve service, growth and profitability to meet the financial and operational targets of your business area while delivering on Nike’s strategy. You have a deep understanding of business operations and are accountable for consumer/athlete/customer satisfaction, operational reliability, on time availability and improving inventory efficiency. You utilize diagnostic and predictive analytics to make smart business decisions. You keep your business partners advised of risks and opportunities, and partner with operational functions to find optimal supply chain and commercial solutions. You engage in key projects evolving existing business capabilities using agile principles.

 

You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the marketplace operational business needs. Within this role, you will partner closely with Multinode teams/leaders, multiple cross-functional teams and multiple levels in the organisation such as Merchandising, Brand, Planning, Finance as well as our Nike logistical functions/carrier network and Marketplace Units.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Support and drive the successful Cross Consumer launch, release, seasonal key styles' execution into the market by initiating all required process steps end to end through cross functional teamwork
  • Drive end to end service excellence by optimizing supply against demand in support of coverage metrics, working closely together with goods flow planning, demand supply management, merch and MPO Marketplace unit teams

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a supply chain, allocation, planning, or back of house leadership role for a Retail or Consumer Goods business, and a passion for operations
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class customer service
  • Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence
  • Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement
  • You will demonstrate knowledge of Financial acumen, Modeling & Analysis, Order management
  • Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
  • Strong service focus and a proactive demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
