We are looking for a candidate who can is immediately available for this new opportunity. This role is a fulltime position for 6 months to start with.


What does the role involve?

As the EMEA CD Marketing Specialist (Value & Unite) you will be responsible for the execution and co-ordination of the plans being created by the overall Value & Unite team. This means you must have a deep appreciation for retail best practises, store mapping and O2O journey planning, operational systems and strong commercial acumen. You will report directly to the EMEA CD Marketing Manager (Value & Unite). Your main focus will be to create seamless (O2O) consumer journeys aligned with retail moments in our concept map. You will tie together product, moments & experiences in order to deliver great member experiences and deliver a solution for our store fleet (260 and growing) in EMEA, while also looking to push the boundaries in our most important doors, always looking for ways to scale. You will establish strong partnerships with cross functional teams in leveraging Key sporting & commercial moments to create an Elevated Member Experience in top doors.


Further details of what you will be responsible for are:

  • Be the strategic guardian for our consumers experience as they experience in our stores.
  • Suggest creative ideas and innovative solutions
  • Obsess the Value & Unite fleet and how we speak to and with our members. Personal at scale always.
  • Ensure a seamless consumer/member journey across online to offline (O2O). Connecting & collaborating with x-functional teams in order to deliver this on a seasonal cadence.
  • Be the catalyst for the adoption of best-in-class O2O practices across the entire marketing offence for our stores.
  • Drive a strong sense of community and purpose within your daily work.
  • Monitor progress of performance, metrics and milestones to chart progress against expectations and accountabilities
  • Support your sub-function & deliver clear enablement tools/assets for cities on-the-ground.

Functional expertise & capabilities:

  •  Oversee the timely and effective delivery of seasonal marketing plan through extensive cross-functional collaboration involving other the marketing functions such as CDM, Creative, Member Growth, and other relevant functions such as product merchandising and demand & business planning.
  • Informs and influences the strategy through a consumer/member first mindset.  
  • Proactively identifies and solves complex problems that impact the management & direction of the business.
  • Direct and be accountable for the allocation of resources to meet financial performance requirements.
  • Commit to Leadership Defined Framework and strengthen our teams & empower all of our people. Hold yourself & others accountable as we work together to create the future of NIKE.

  • Preferably brings retail (store) experience.
