We have a temporary position open for until the 31st of May 2023, with the intention to extend, starting asap for 40 hours per week.

What does the role involve?

As Cost Coordinator for Nike EMEA Marketing, you will be a finance leader across all Marketing management & functions in Nike for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and serve as a critical member of Nike Marketing Finance team. In this role you'll act as a Business Partner with a growth mindset, bringing a self-starter and can-do attitude to enable the voice of the Brand, that makes consumers feel the power of sports, to help members do sport with Nike. This unique challenge requires a curious, flexible and problem-solving oriented individual to provide insights on data and management across Nike Marketing Finance ecosystem of partners; where consumer evidence, data, and science are utilized to activate sales and build the Brand. You will be part of a team integrating and elevating how the biggest Brand in the World, Nike, is sourcing and managing marketing funds, providing advisory services to a broad spectrum of decision-makers and operators, and serving as strategic thought partners in pursuit of our purpose and mission. 

What you will work on:

  • Data Governance/Quality: you will be responsible of the maintenance of our data strategy (CC, GL & IO) ensuring accuracy, identifying potential issues and come up with creative and corrective solutions.
  • Report Consolidation: run & prepare the financial reports required for the regular close, forecast & budget process, connect the dots and build consolidated overview of the Demand Creation costs.
  • Actively participate in the testing and deployment of the new Investment tools.
  • Challenge the status quo and champion an end-to-end process improvement approach to adjust ways of working and embed the financial fundamentals.
  •  Collaborate with key cross functional partners to ensure alignment and data quality.
  • Prepare month end deliverables and partner with the Controllership and Central Planning teams.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, expert Excel user preferred – experience with SAP (COPA, BW, ECCS) or other BI tools is prefer
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
